Shipping fees and scope of coverage

Within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the standard shipping service is available at a value of 20 Saudi riyals, Free shipping option is also available when the qualified products reach the value 124 Saudi riyals or more. The Free Shipping limit is currently calculated before the coupons are deducted, and the option appears when applicable to the order.

Current shipping charges for Gulf countries 50 Saudi riyals, And for other international destinations available 120 Saudi riyals. The possibility of shipment depends on the acceptance of the destination address and the nature of the shipment. The amount and service shown at the time of order completion are the reference for your order, and any special order will be explained to you before payment.

Order processing and duration of arrival

Orders are usually processed within one business day of confirmation, after successful electronic payment or confirmation of the payment request upon receipt. The store's working days are from Saturday to Thursday, and processing may be extended during holidays or when you need to complete the order data.

The currently offered delivery time within Saudi Arabia is Approximately 3-4 days. It may vary depending on the city, the timing of order processing and the conditions of the shipping company. Faster delivery may be available in Jeddah or nearby areas after coordination with customer service; it is no longer available for each address automatically.

Shipment tracking and address data

After the order is delivered to the shipping company, we share the shipment information or tracking number via the communication method used in the order when it is available. Keep the order number for easy follow-up.

Clearly enter the name, mobile number, Country, City, National address or building details. Contact us quickly to correct any error; changing the address after the shipment departs depends on the possibility of the shipping company and may change the arrival date.

Receipt of the order or there is a problem with the shipment
