After the 60-day plan: How to maintain the results? A simple maintenance routine for hair and scalp.

introduction

If you stick to the 60-day plan and notice an improvement in hair loss, dandruff, or hair smoothness, great — but many people lose the results because they stop suddenly or go back to habits that cause the problem again (hot water, daily heat, product buildup, or a random routine).

The solution is the “maintenance phase”: a much simpler routine that maintains results without fatigue.

In this article, I give you a weekly maintenance plan based on your fruit type.

Why do we need maintenance?

Because the results depend on:

  • Maintaining scalp balance
  • Reduce inflammation and dandruff
  • Reduce breakage (which appears as falling off)
  • A stable lifestyle (sleep/nutrition)
Maintenance doesn't require the same intensity as a 60-day plan — just consistency and intelligence.

Fixed maintenance rules for everyone

Lukewarm water

Shampoo only on the scalp

Conditioner/Mask for ends only

Drying “press” without rubbing

Reduce the heat as much as possible

Monthly evaluation instead of daily

Maintenance routine according to scalp type

1) Maintenance of oily scalp

Goal: To regulate fat without excessive drying

  • Washing: 3 times a week (may increase depending on sweat and heat)
  • Oil: 1 time per week (60–90 minutes)
  • Dandruff shampoo: Once every two weeks or as needed if dandruff returns.
